These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Nouvelle Saison Boutique Retreats, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person booking a retreat (“Guest,” “you,” or “your”). By booking a retreat through https://nsbrtkw.com or paying any deposit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Florida Seller of Travel Disclosure

2. Booking and Payments
- Reservations: A booking is only confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment and provide a written confirmation email.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and financing through Affirm.
- Affirm Financing: If you choose Affirm, you enter into a separate loan agreement with Affirm. We are paid in full at the time of your purchase. You remain responsible for all loan obligations to Affirm regardless of any cancellations, though you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in Section 3.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit of 40% of the total package price is required at booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable as it is immediately used to secure venues and third-party services.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 72-Hour Grace Period: You may cancel for a full refund within 72 hours of your initial booking, provided the booking is made at least 30 days before the retreat start date.
- Cancellations After Grace Period: No cash refunds are issued. Compensation is provided solely as a credit for a future retreat within the same calendar year:
- 90+ Days Prior: 100% credit (less the [X]% deposit).
- 60–89 Days Prior: 50% credit (less the [X]% deposit).
- Less than 60 Days Prior: All payments are final; no credits or refunds.
- No Credits: No credits are given for late arrivals, early departures, or unused portions of the retreat.
4. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)
Due to our strict cancellation and credit policy, we strongly advise all guests to purchase comprehensive "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance. This is your only protection for non-refundable costs if you are unable to attend due to illness, travel delays, or personal emergencies.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nouvelle Saison Boutique Retreats, Inc. acts only as an agent for hotels, transportation providers, and other third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for:
- Any acts, errors, or negligence of these independent suppliers.
- Personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from any act beyond our direct control, including weather, strikes, or government actions.
- Your failure to obtain required travel documents (e.g., passports or visas).
6. Guest Responsibilities & Conduct
- Health and Fitness: You represent that you are in good physical and mental health to participate in the retreat activities. You must disclose any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
- Behavior: We reserve the right to remove any guest from a retreat if their behavior is disruptive, abusive, or dangerous to themselves or others. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your County], Florida.
