Please note a nonrefundable deposit is needed to reserve your space.

Should you be unable to come, this deposit can be used for future retreats.

Once you pay the non-refundable deposit, our team will contact you to choose your room and payment plan.

All payments are made through a secure payment link.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and flexible financing through Affirm.

• Credit/Debit Card Bookings: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit equal to 40% of the total package price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

• Affirm Financing: For guests choosing Affirm, Nouvelle Saison Boutique Retreats, Inc. is paid in full by Affirm at the time of purchase. While your payment schedule is managed through Affirm, your booking is still subject to the non-refundable terms of this policy.

You will be responsible for tips and service fees for:

• all meals
• all spa treatments 
• any services outside of what is included at the retreat itinerary
• transportation tips
• cruise gratuity

No. Alcohol of any sort is prohibited at this event. 

A car service is arranged for all group itinerary travel. It is highly recommended for the safety and security of everyone to refrain from venturing offsite. Should you wish to venture out during your free time, signed a waiver and disclosure is required prior to your leaving the group. You are responsible for your mode of transport to and from the estate and the expenses incurred. 

It is best to have two (2) forms of verifiable, valid, and state-issued and/or federally-issued ID. You are responsible for securing all personal valuables on the premises and off the premises. Nouvelle Saison Boutiques, Inc is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Secure storage will be available at an additional cost.

Not included within your retreat price would be:

• any beverage beyond the complimentary 1st drink
• transportation to/from the airport
• spa treatments outside of the 60 minute massage that's included
• service fees and/or tips
• expenses incurred during free time
