1. Payment Methods & Deposits
We accept all major credit/debit cards and flexible financing through Affirm.

• Credit/Debit Card Bookings: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit equal to 40% of the total package price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

• Affirm Financing: For guests choosing Affirm, Nouvelle Saison Boutique Retreats, Inc. is paid in full by Affirm at the time of purchase. While your payment schedule is managed through Affirm, your booking is still subject to the non-refundable terms of this policy.

2. 72-Hour Booking Grace Period
We offer a 72-hour "cooling-off" window for all new reservations. If you cancel your booking for any reason within 72 hours of your initial payment, we will issue a full refund of all monies paid, including the deposit.

• This grace period does not apply to bookings made within 30 days of the retreat start date.
• Once this 72-hour window has passed, the deposit becomes strictly non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Schedule & Future Credits
In the event of a guest cancellation after the grace period, compensation is provided solely as a credit toward a future reservation within the same calendar year. Credits are calculated based on your total package price as follows:

• 90+ Days Prior to Start: 100% credit of payments made (excluding the non-refundable 40% deposit).
• 60–89 Days Prior to Start: 50% credit of total package price (excluding the non-refundable 40% deposit).
• Less than 60 Days Prior to Start: All payments are final; no credits or refunds will be issued.
• Note: If the future retreat price exceeds the credit amount, the guest is responsible for the balance.

4. Agency & Supplier Terms
Nouvelle Saison Boutique Retreats, Inc. acts solely as an agent for retreat venues and third-party suppliers. Because we pass your payments directly to these providers to guarantee your accommodations, these funds are governed by the suppliers' own non-refundable terms. Once disbursed, these monies cannot be recovered and therefore cannot be refunded to the participant.

5. Travel Insurance Recommendation
Due to the firm nature of these pre-dated bookings, we strongly recommend participants purchase comprehensive "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance. This is the only way to protect your investment should you be unable to attend.

6. Additional Terms

• No Arrivals/Departures: No credits or refunds are granted for late arrivals or early departures.
• During the Program: Once the retreat begins, no refunds or credits will be granted for any reason.
• Acceptance: By submitting partial or full payment (via credit card, debit card, or Affirm), you explicitly agree to these cancellation and refund terms.
